Booking Agreement
By booking a trip with PhirseTravel, you agree to provide accurate personal information and accept responsibility for all bookings made under your account. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full according to the pricing mentioned at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Payment methods include UPI, net banking, and credit/debit cards.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Certain charges may be non-refundable as clearly communicated during booking.
Travel Changes
PhirseTravel may modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political events, or vendor restrictions. We will make every effort to notify travelers and provide suitable alternatives.
Liability
PhirseTravel is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the trip unless caused by our negligence. Travelers are responsible for travel insurance, passports, visas, and any other legal requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, graphics, and text is the property of PhirseTravel. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
