Booking Cancellations
You may cancel your trip booking with PhirseTravel up to 7 days before the scheduled departure date. Refunds for cancellations made after this period may be partially charged based on the tour type and vendor policies.
Refund Process
All refund requests should be submitted to phirsetravel@gmail.com with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Charges
Certain charges, such as third-party service fees, visa processing fees, or special package bookings, may be non-refundable. These charges will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Trip Changes & Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your trip, please contact us at least 10 days prior. Depending on availability, we may allow rescheduling without additional charges or with minimal fees. Rescheduled trips are subject to vendor availability.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, refunds may be processed in line with vendor policies. Our team will assist you in finding alternatives or rescheduling options.
