Bookings with PhirseTravel are designed to be flexible while keeping our travel partners and guides in mind. We recommend reviewing our policy before confirming your trip.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
• Cancellations made between 15–29 days before the trip start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip start date: No refund.
• Special circumstances such as government restrictions or natural disasters will be handled case by case.

Refund Process

Once your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are made via the original payment method used during booking.
